Our Business Experience Base….

All services and training that RUSS provides have been developed over the years of hands on working energized distribution and transmission work. Personally worked 19 years as a Journeyman Lineman, 10 years as a First Line Supervisor and the remainder of my  40 years + career as a Safety & Health Consultant for Distribution and Transmission at one of the nations leading Investor Owned Utilities All work practices and training have been viewed and approved by OSHA field representatives. I have used contacts and personal experiences in the years of work to develop the training to be used to provide a safe work environment for the electrical utility workers. As a  10 year member of and 2 year Chairman of Inter Utility Overhead Training Association (IUOTA), Member of the Advisory Board of Institute of Safe Power Line Construction (ISPC),  I personally have seen and been involved in investigating serious injuries and fatalities that occurred while performing energized gloving or hot stick work. Accidents almost always are the result of not following all the rules or just not understanding "Why" we do what we do. I will answer the "Why" for your employees.
