City of Lakeland, Florida safety audit is well under way and should be completed and ready for findings and presentations in Septmenber. A full week of interviews and crew visits will be performed the week of August 2nd-6th.

Danny will present a full two, two day T&D General Industry Classes for Sawnee Electrical Co-Op in August assisting Sawnee to maintain thier accredited status with NRECA.

RUSS provides 29 CFR 1910.269 training for several electric utility companies and contractors around the country including NSTAR in Boston week of June 7th. Other recent presentations have been for Virginia, Delaware, and Maryland for Dominion Co Operative Association in Glen Allen, Va. annual compliance and Accident Investigation training, PowerSecure International, and East Bay Electric in Mobile Al.

May 2nd - 6th, Danny presented Safety Leadership Training to employees in City of Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada and a local electric co-operative near Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Raines Utility Safety Solutions presented at the spring meetings of the Inter Utility Overhead Training Association in Los Angles, Ca. hosted by Los Angles Department of Water and Power and the Incident Prevention Hands-On Work Shop in Denver Co.

Danny is currently committee member for the Certified Utility Safety Professional program Incident Prevention magazine. The first of the CUSP preparatory classes were offered in Denver, Co at the Spring Incident Prevention Hands on Work Shop, May 11th, 12th and 13th. Next Prep classes and tests will be in Madison, Ws. Look for new articles written and published in the Incident Prevention magazine on Underground Distribution Operations in the June-July issue and Equipotential Grounding in the Septmeber issue. Articles written by Danny and will make a great safety meeting topic for your employees.

Lastly, Danny is providing OSHA General Industry 10 hour, NFPA 70 E, OSHA Records Keeping 29 CFR 1904 and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations training classes for Griffin and Thomaston Southern Cresent Vocational Technical Colleges in Georgia.
